For over 25 years, I have worked in companies spanning from startups and education technology to consulting and large multinational software companies. With two decades of experience as a hiring manager, managing teams of upwards of 40 employees, and working directly with C-level executives, I have acquired a keen awareness of what it takes to grow and achieve career goals at every level of an organization.

As a father of three teens, a long-time youth sports coach, and a Big Brothers Big Sisters volunteer, I’ve spent much of my life helping young people find their footing. Whether it's on a court or in an office, my goal is the same: to help someone see their own potential and then give them the tools to reach it.
